WORK PURPOSE:

For Renco's Buildings division we are looking for a Plumbing Supervisor with experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise the plumbing teams and the technical execution of works on-site, ensuring that activities are carried out according to quality and safety standards. In detail (Construction of a Temporary Building in the Total LNG project on the Afungi peninsula, for the CCS JV client):

• Supervise all on-site plumbing activities and the field implementation of the project's technical documents and shop drawings.
• Directly oversee the execution phase of the EPC project, focusing on construction supervision, site inspections, and rigorous quality control of installations.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards on the field, managing the safety of teams and the correct use of equipment.
• Coordinate field resources and manpower, keeping the plumbing works on schedule and resolving any technical bottlenecks during the installation phase.
• Supervise plant start-up and commissioning, performing pressure tests and system checks required for the final turnover to the client.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

• Capacity to work independently and organize resources (tools, materials, and teams) on the field.
• Leadership and management of multicultural work crews.
• Knowledge and practice of IT software for technical consultation and reporting.
• Practical problem-solving attitude to resolve immediate site issues.

• Professional knowledge in English language.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience - in Building Works or civil construction projects (50+million usd contract value) in remote areas.

LOCATION:

Mozambique (ACCOMMODATION: Camp by Client CCS JV).

WORK SHIFT: 60/15.
